Audra Hazel, FNP-C

Audra Hazel is thrilled to be back in her home state of Idaho. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Idaho, attended nursing school at the University of Rochester in New York, and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner training at Colorado State University-Pueblo. While her experience spans community health, acute care, emergency medicine, addiction medicine, and care for victims of violence as a forensic nurse examiner, her heart is in family practice. She loves being able to care for the whole person in their family and community context.

Audra provides comprehensive primary care for people of all ages and gender identities. She is also a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and enjoys supporting families through the challenges of lactation and infant feeding.

Outside the clinic Audra can be found on a hike, on a bike, rock climbing, knitting, printmaking, or exploring Southern Idaho with her husband and son.
